Industry and manufacturing has played an important role in the history of San Joaquin County. Once home to dozens of foundries and blacksmith shops, the Delta Building shows how manufacturing has played a critical role in local life. The building is also home to a locally manufactured Harris Combine Harvester and the Locher Tools Collection, an extensive assortment of early hand and foot powered tools.
